LICENSING

Single Use 

The single limited use licence grants you, the Purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of and display the product that you acquire but limited to either your own personal use once or for a single use in a work you are undertaking for a client. However, you can make unlimited copies within the scope of this limited use right. For example, you may incorporate the product in a business card you design for a client. An unlimited number of copies of the business card incorporating the product may be made but the product cannot be incorporated in any other application.

You must not engage, directly or indirectly, without the written consent of Clickfootage, in any licensing, sub-licensing or distribution of the product. This means that you cannot buy the product once from us and sell it or licence it to one or more clients or offer it for sale. However, if you acquire the product on behalf of one of your clients, you may recoup the costs of acquiring the product.

You must not share the product on shared disc drives, intranets, computer networks or the like. You must not display the product in such a way as to suggest that the product was created by you.

Royalty Free

What Royalty-Free means is that you pay for the item only once and then you can use it as many times as you like, with just a few restrictions. In other words, there are no license fees except the initial fee and no other royalties to be paid except those included in the initial cost. Note that you can download the iteme from the site 5 (five) times and the download link automatically will Expires after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase even if it does not downloaded .

The Royalty-Free license is granted ONLY for the high-resolution, non-watermarked image (the one that is bought using the add to cart button); all the other versions (small watermarked and non-watermarked thumbnails which are visible on the public site) are entirely copyrighted..
